Walked into store and immediately turned around. Lady at register is SAME woman who stole my identity and used my card information. I encourage ALL only use CASH in this store. Public record- Brazoria county.

Do not bother to order online and have mailed to this store. I placed a order and it went to the mall. No one accepted it and it was sent back to Hallmark. Hallmark called the store, verified the address of the store and resent it back to the store. USPS notified me that the package was delivered to the mall, but Hallmark said they did not have the order. I am assuming that the package is now on its way back to Hallmark. Why is it, packages delivered to the mall do not reach Hallmark. Why doesn"t The manager investigate why she is not getting the packages. There is obviously a problem between the postal service and the mall. I can guarantee you I will never set foot in a store that is so inefficient that they cannot even solve their own problems when they know a problem exists.
