I recently visited this store and presented a coupon which offered a second regular sub for an additional $1.98. The young lady at the cash register provided two subs but when I looked at my receipts it indicated I was being charged for two. When I brought it to her attention she was rather annoyed and also did not know how to handle the return of the difference. The manager stepped in and solved and with a free sub with my next visit. Recommend to management to train their staff (particularly at the cash register) more.
