I have been using fabletics for so long and I usually get it oneline. But I had the worst customer experience ever when I visited this store. The lady on the cashier was super rude to us. She was not letting us sign up two different accounts. She spoke in such a rude tone and did not let me fill up account information on the behalf of my mom because she thought that my mom could not read and write. Later she started laughing while we tried helping her fill her information. She was super rude and intimidating. She does not know what a customer should be treated like and she was the worst cashier staff I have ever encountered. I like the product but in-store customer service is terrible. Better buy it oneline.
