BK is my favorite restaurant of the fast food chains, however, the location at 14235 Potranco Road (Stevens Ranch), has me second guessing every time I want to go there. They were great when they first opened over a year ago. They have quickly spiraled to mediocre and these past few months have been horrible. Every time I go now, my order is wrong or missing something. I don't even try to correct it anymore because it's as though I inconvenienced them by bringing it to their attention. I never give attitude and try to go out my way to extend the kindness I don't receive in return (not looking to get a spit burger for my efforts). Also, literally, the shake machine has been down for 3 months. I'll say it again; I like BK but, I may have to find another location to get my fix.
