Normally, I don't post feedback...but save yourself time and shop elsewhere. My son used his cash app card for his birthday... tried to run the card the first time...money came off my sons card...but the "system" didn't recognize the card so the transaction was declined. Tried running the card again. It was the same result... money came off my sons card...but the system declined it. Ran it a third time, but this time, it was declined due to insufficient funds. I spoke to management, and they said this has been a reoccurring issue. One of the issues I have is ...they charged my son twice, and they could see money being deducted and going toward their store but didn't give him his merchandise. Second issue... If people are going to utilize different types of payment methods that may not work.....PUT UP SIGNAGE !! Don't recognize there is a problem and just say...ehhh...those customers don't matter.
