Been going to this Just-A-Cut for years. Today Lady had me fill out a questionnaire on computer, 1st time for that. Then fill out a form, no I haven't been sick, includes date time and signature, next temperature check, all the while stylist is dismissive, abrupt and rude. I told her I thought you might better compliance being nice. She said if I didn't like it I could leave so I did. Like I said, I've been a steady customer there for years. Guess I'll be going down the road...
