  I’ve been going to Claire’s ever since I was a little girl but never have I ever experienced such horrible behavior from a MANGER and employee ! My two siblings age 9 we’re playing a game. They were putting little toy stuff in a bag while the other one was taking it out. The manger looks at them and says get the stuff out of the bag now. Didn’t try and ask nicely went straight for the rude and mean approach. And when I come over to look I tell them okay guys can u please get them out. She looks at me and says they were stealing, their thiefts. I told her no they weren’t they were playing a game. She keeps say no no their stealing I’m calling security on you get out of my store. I asked her for her name and she just looked off not wanting to answer. So you expect the employee to give me the name right. No I looked at the employee and asked for her name and she told me oh I don’t know her name I don’t work here. It’s not like we weren’t going to buy anything either, while they were playing their game I was watching after my 2 year old sister and helping her pick out things she wanted. Also a bystander jumped in and said so your teaching your sibling to steel? This was just a very very bad experience and we’re never coming back. Their is way way more too. When we had finally left the store to since they weren’t going to give us her name. We went up stairs to a different store. The girl who said oh I don’t work here was walking with security to find us and when she did she smiled and laughed then walked away. This is such inappropriate behavior for a manger and employee to have. I have never ever experienced this. My family had been in business stuff and this is just unexpected behavior. I know if one of my employees or manger acted like this they would be fired right away. You have lost a customer to this experience. I hope you train your employee better. Have a good day.
