Broke phone on Vacation. Verizon said get a new phone. Geek Squad said $350 for a new screen and 10 days. Came home to Sterling. Geek Squad said no fix. Went to the Mall and the gentleman said 30 minutes and less than half the $350. Outstanding fix - (and I was hesitant to use the mall store). Solid customer now.

A new guy working with a heavy foreign accent ruined my home button of my iPhone and blames me the customer for it knowing I brought it with a functioning button. He seemed like just started and yes he damaged it.
