"Lost Forever." I went in to purchase a new phone. They did not have the phone on display that I wanted. I purchased a different phone. I waited for two hours while my information was being transferred. Sales staff socialized with several non-customers while I waited. The T-Mobile staff were not transferring the phone numbers and data as requested. They completed wiped out all the data and numbers off of my existing phone. All the names and numbers were totally deleted with no chance for recovery. All of my wife's private medical specialists numbers were gone along with everything else. It was "Oh well" to the T-Mobile staff. No credit was offered, or anything else for that matter. Stay away from this T-Mobile store! I will never purchase anything else from T-Mobile. Phone calls to the store and to T-Mobile care have gone unanswered. I'm even going to cancel my service that I've had with T-Mobile for 20 years.
