The lady at the front belittles customers & fights people to NOT buy her dresses. Insane.

Last night my mother, daughter and I went to the mall as I was looking for something very specific and had an idea of where I could find it. We enter the store around 6-6:30 (that was completely empty I might add) only to be stopped at the entrance by the woman working who I presume was the owner and told “This isn’t like JC Penney” “My dresses are all over $300” “You probably can’t wear anything in here anyway” “It would take at least 6 months advance notice for me to find you something” “This store is appointment only so you cannot look around”!!!!!!! Being profiled and discriminated against never gets old but for some reason, last night hurt a little bit more than usual. Maybe because I had my 8 year old daughter and mother with me and I had to then field questions from my daughter as to why we had been treated that way. Come to find out, this woman has a history of discriminating against people who attempt to shop in her store. Say what you want but racism is indeed alive. Just because you don’t experience it doesn’t make it automatically disappear. Trends in Dulles Towncenter- 0/10 WOULD NOT RECOMMEND!!!
