I am happy that it is close to my home and I don't have to go into Renton for every thing. Not a lot of traffic either.

I found it VERY difficult to get into Gentle Dental due to the fact that the walkways were not cleared of snow. :( If I had slipped, fallen and broke my 76 year old hip, I would have had a bunch of lawyers competing for the right to represent me in a lawsuit. This especially true because you could send a teenager over with a snow shovel to clear a path in 20 minutes.

Unhappy, we have lost a needed gas station, Albertsons now Subway and Baskin Robbins. The new owners and Safeway need to get with it before the ruin the fairwood neighborhood.
