The new Starbuck's in Fairwood was a real disappointment. We waited at least 30 minutes for our drink and my drink was not prepared as specified. There was one barista, he was flirting with the tennagers, acting like he was really something. My husband is hard of hearing and he was rude and mimiced him when asked a question. I alsmost said something. In the future we will go to the Starbuck's on Benson, where they are professional and polite.
